The Home Buying Process

1. Take a look at our available homes, and when you’re ready to tour them, fill out the Information for Prospective Buyers form. Text a picture ID to (480) 923-6456. Within 24 hours, we will text you the code to open the lock box on the front door.
2. Find your next home? Let us know, and let’s get going!
3. Get park approved:
You must qualify to live in the park community. Typically, the process includes background and credit checks, as well as proof of income. Approval usually takes 48 to 72 working hours.
4. Get financing approved:
Once you have found what you hope will be your next home, either fill out our online application or pick up an application from the home you’ve seen. We will need to verify your background, run a credit check, and verify your income. No banks will be involved.
5. Move in:
We will arrange a simple meeting with you at your new home before closing. You will need to bring your down payment in the form of a cashier’s check. Additionally, you’ll need the prorated first month’s rent, an insurance policy, and have the utilities transferred to you. You’ll fill out our purchase agreement, and then CONGRATULATIONS! The home is yours!
